I just got the starter deck and I cant technically play it. I got vegeta, but my pack came with two stage 1’s and no stage 2. I’m not sure what to do about this

Sorry to hear about your mispacked starter deck. Please use the following steps to get a replacement Level 2:
Visit http://www.paniniamerica.net/faq.cfm and click on Start A Request
Select General Question from the drop-down box and then Submit Request
You may have to create an account, but then fill in the box describing your issue and submit
One of our Customer Service representatives will respond and take care of your replacement

I was at first informed that all cards in STARTER SETS are random. This seems weird that you would sell something such as this without a complete personality at least. After sending in another ticket, because the first was immediatley closed instead of keeping it open for further questions or complaints, I was told to give them time to investigate the matter.

So I have a question about a specific card should be ruled on. In a namekian deck if I’m at level 1 with 4 anger and play namekian right throw and shuffle the dragonball in which triggers my mastery giving me the anger to level wouldn’t I still gain the 2 ager from right throw after I level and finish out at level 2 with 2 anger?

Can anyone help direct me?
I have a Panini Awakening Binder that I won at the release tournament, but the final 6 pages are all defective. They have no pockets, so I cannot put the entire set into the binder.
Any direction on how to get a non-defective one would help greatly.
