2. CRD Update v2.1

The CRD has received a minor update – see v2.1 in the Tournament Documents section here. New additions: 

• Tom Brady (L204-19) & Luke Kuechly (L190-19) in the Individual Card Rulings section
• “Audible Effects” in the General section
