In Heroes and Villains, each MP from the first set will debut as an Ally. With Krillin – Supportive, Hero decks have gained access to a powerful metagame tool. Since he destroys your own drills if there are no opposing targets, you’ll have to think carefully about his role in your deck. However, it is one of the few removal effects in the game that occurs outside of combat. Eventually, a drill based opponent will be forced to enter combat to deal with him. Like that allies are getting their own thing now, although the only other deck I know from the old days that could probobly use this boost is Cell and Dr Gero, hell im just excited for all the androids.

Hmm….interesting.
So by the current rulebook, Rejuvenation STEP is not skipped if you enter combat, you just can’t rejuvenate a card. So Krillin even works after entering combat.
Unless I’m missing something….
