First off, a note about this weekend’s Mecha Con at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in New Orleans, Louisiana. MetaX demos will be running throughout Saturday, along with Sealed and Constructed tournaments on demand. Stop by Imperial 12 on the 4th floor to participate!

Next week, Panini Games heads to Gen Con. The Panini America booth (#1250) will be on display in the exhibitor’s hall –  with MetaX demos, sealed product, and these exclusive foil promo cards!

Thursday/Friday: P15-AT Mikasa Ackermann – Lethal Force

Saturday/Sunday: P14-AT Eren Jaeger – Suicidal Bastard

In the gaming area, Sealed events will be taking place on Thursday, Friday, and Sunday (minimum eight players). Sealed event prizes:

• 1st: 1 Booster Box
• 2nd: 1/2 Booster Box (12 packs)
• 3rd and 4th: 1/4 Booster Box (6 packs)

On Saturday, the first ever high stakes MetaX event will begin at 10 AM. This is a $2,000 constructed deck tournament (“best of 3” matches), and it will cut to a single elimination Top 8. Deck registration forms are required – please fill yours out in advance (see here for a sample).

• 1st: $1000
• 2nd: $500
• 3rd and 4th: $250
• 5th – 8th: 1 Booster Box

This event is limited to 32 participants – register here. All participants in Saturday’s constructed event will also receive three different booster packs and one of each booth promo!

If you’re unable to attend Gen Con – don’t fret! This event is an appetizer for the upcoming season of Organized Play, and you can expect many more cash tournaments in 2018!
