Past posts in the tournament-proven Deck Tech series have usually been “known” builds, but today’s entry is more of a rogue list. Mitchell J. took this VP stealing deck to a top 4 finish in the MXOLT III, and it starts off with a heavy dose of Harley:

Dr. Harleen Quinzel’s ability to push for a direct VP can often seal out games, but here it forms the basis of an entire strategy. The Joker can quickly find additional copies of Harley Quinn from your deck (or Rise from the Ashes from your discard pile), while Bizarro can copy Harley to nab even more direct VPs. This is augmented by the presence of Nightwing, and he is able to pick up Linkers from Come and Take It (which also provides some potential defenders for a deck oriented around Push effects). Though this deck is vulnerable against fast early attackers, it is well positioned against control. Other cards to consider:

• Paralysis (buys time for a final wave of Harley/Bizarro activations)
• additional ways to recur Harley (such as Backup)
• additional ways to play extra Characters (such as Cunning Plot)
