A new NFL Five giveaway, news about the upcoming MetaX CRD, and more!

1. NFL Five Giveaway

This month’s NFL Five giveaway focuses on the Defensive side of the ball, and three randomly selected winners will receive a Booster Box for participating! To enter, visit the Panini Games Facebook page and post your reply to the following:

Which Starter (“S”) or Common (“C”) is the best Player card to use on Defense? 

Entries will be valid until May 28th, and you can see the results on the blog next Friday!

2. MetaX CRD Update

A new MetaX CRD (v1.1) will be released in the near future. Look for clarifications and other improvements, including updates to Unexpected Turnaround and Evil Parade. Submit any MetaX FAQs or rulings concerns to OP@PaniniAmerica.net.

3. NFL Five COTW

S39-19 Desmond Trufant is an eligible response for this week’s contest, and his ability offers great bang for the buck. Comparable to high rarity effects found on the likes of Legendary cards, this Player can create consistent negative yardage situations against most decks in the format. When starting a new collection, look to combine “S” rarity Player cards from multiple Starter Decks to gradually improve your lineup!
